He is survived by: his children, David McIntosh (Jenny) of Los Angeles, CA and Sarah Pogorzelski (David) of Glen Ellyn, IL; and his brother Edward McIntosh (Susan) of Georgetown, TX. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
