He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kent and Daisy Kent; his sons, Robert Kent Jr. and Roy Edward Kent; and his siblings, Randy, Thelma, Timmy, George and Juanita.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Trivett; his children, Angel Kent (Keith Johnson) and Joseph Kent; his grandchildren, Isaac, Israel Johnson, Gage Smith, Emily Kent, Tesius and Elias Kent; and his siblings, Elvis Kent, Frank "Gene" Leach, Betty Tilley, Brenda Hubbard and Tammy Kent. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Campbell Cemetery.
