He was predeceased by: his father Willard B. Fulton; his daughter Phyllis Ann Fulton (Anderson); his former wife Mildred Fulton (Ross); and his siblings, Lena Glen, Paul, Jean and Johnny Fulton.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Fulton; his children, Sandra Dehart (David), Rita Barnett (Mitch), Robert Jr. Fulton (Rose), James Fulton (Tracey), Keith Fulton (Carol) and Roberta King (Steve); his grandchildren, Sarah, Hannah DeHart, Whitney, Tawney Mullins, Bradley Fulton (Taylor), Nicole Anders (Trey), Jonathon Fulton (Kayla), Luke Fulton (Kinnison), Grace Moore (Matt), Ben, Nathan Fulton, Breanna Bales (Michael), Danielle Smith, Leah Smith and Gavon Jordan; his children, Mitchell, Patty, David and Johnny; and his siblings, Ruth, Lucky, Rosie, Mary, James, Shirley, Lavada, Jessie and Oggie. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
