With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robin Ann Rowland (Jackson, Ohio), born in Oak Hill, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2019 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil C. Rowland and Phyllis Ann Rowland; her brother Cecil C. Rowland; her grandparents, Albert and Bessie Hughes of Jackson; and her aunts and uncles, Howard, Frank Hughes of Jackson, Mary Alice Malone and Betty Jane Ewing of Jackson.

She is survived by: her sisters, Bobbie Jo Harper (Roger) of Londonderry and Patricia Rowland of Portsmouth, Ohio.. She is also survived by 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
