He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Lewis; his wife Christine Lewis; his daughter Stephanie Lewis; and his nephew Matthew Blair. He is survived by: his mother Wilma Lewis (Richards) of Jackson, Ohio; his daughter Jessica Kahler (Benjamin) of Gainesville, Florida; his grandchildren, Adara and Rhys Kahler of Gainesville, Florida.; his siblings, Tom Lewis (Dorothy) and Linda DeVault (Keith); his niece Ann Colburn; and his nephews, Scott Lewis, Doug Blair, Dustin Lewis and Brian Lewis.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson With (28 Harding Ave, Jackson, OH 45640). A celebration of life was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
