He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Roy and Lovey Roy (Stevens) of Lincoln County, WV.; and his siblings, Shirley Godby (Roy) and William Roy. He is survived by: his wife Debra Roy (Triplett); his daughters, Heather Carissa Griffith (Jonathan) and Sarah Lacy Roy; his granddaughters, Natalie and Courtney Griffith; and his brother Eugene B. Roy.
