He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Manse and Virginia Manse (Flowers); his son Lt. Jason S. Manse; his siblings-in-law, Julie Pansari, Dean McHenry and Tim Zettler; his wife Cindy Manse; his son Aaron Manse (Jeanne Marie); his grandchildren, Abbie, Paige, Caleb, Griffith and Asher; his daughter-in-law Tammy Manse; his siblings, Barbara McHenry, Roger Manse, Jackie Zettler, Becky Foss (Rick) and Randy Manse (Christine); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Rebellino (Andi), Chuck Rebellino (Annette) and Brian Pansari. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
