She was predeceased by: her parents, George Richard and Crystal "Arthena" McGoon; her husband Orlan E. Farrar; her children, Richard E. "Rick" Farrar and Susanna; her granddaughter Stacy Lamb; and her sister Anna Mae Tester.
She is survived by: her sons, Kerry Farrar of Jackson and Kevin Farrar (Nancy) of Seymour; her grandchildren, Sheri Ghearing (Todd) of Jackson, Ohio., Tracy Danielle Barber (Travis), Joel Farrar (Courtney), Kirsten Blum (David), Samantha (Max), Emily Rockwell (Brandon), Sarah Schuler (Ryan), Jared Ghearing (Whitney), Brandon Ghearing (Courtney Myers), Garrett Ghearing (Skylar) and Collin Ghearing (Sydney Gilbert); and her sisters, Betty Walker and Shirley Chisholm. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson (28 Harding Ave, Jackson, OH 45640).
