She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton E. Williams and Bertha I. Williams. She is survived by: her husband Marvin E. Cutlip; her children, Kenneth Tipton Jr. (Shirley), Jeffrey Tipton (Mabel) and Lisa Byler (Allen); her grandchildren, Angie Occidental (Brian), Alisha Watterson (Brent), Heather Tipton, Chris Tipton (Kim), Alaina Perry (John), Yvonne Coleman and Clayton Tipton; her sister Joyce Bentley (Jerry); and her nephew Aaron Jeffers (Lindsay). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home (135 Broadway St, Jackson, OH 45640). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
