He is survived by: his wife Jan Crothers Rhea; his daughter Kelli Meredith (Bret); his grandchildren, Taylor Rhea (Ariel) and Jackie Jones (Adam); his great grandchildren, Everlee, Emberly, Elsie, Nora and Dawson; his siblings, Mark Rhea (Delilah) and Wendy Swingle Sneed; his daughter-in-law Sarah Tobert; and his aunt Bernadine Wilson. He is also survived by several brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
