He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Severance and Edna Severance; his brothers, Don, Duane, Dick, Tom and Ronnie Severance; and his grandchildren, Lacey and Colin Howe.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Williams (Harris); his children, Dain Williams (Jackie), Cheri Howe (Phillip) and Jill Davis (Brian); and his grandchildren, Courtney Howe (Brian Leve), Morgan Williams (Misty), Bryn Williams (Mandy), Brandon Davis (Genevieve), Dylan Howe (Courtney), Katy Jones (Jim) and Amelia Roseberry (Cody). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
