Holbrook (Vonda); his grandchildren, Clay Shaffer, Nick Smith and Adeline Shaffer; and his siblings, Lee Pennington (Jesse), Melissa Miller (David), Rob Holbrook (Cathy) and Joe Holbrook (Mary). He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
