Anna Chapman Obituary
We bid farewell to Anna Chapman of Jacksonville, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 5, 2025 at the age of 93. Anna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Daugherty and Louise Jewell Daugherty; her children, Rick Wemmer and Lyn Wemmer; her sisters, Lou Campbell and Eileen Williams; and her friend Rose.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Chapman; her sister Dee Cook; her son Bill Herbst (Goldie); her daughter-in-law Tammy Wemmer; her stepchildren, Butch Chapman (Royelle), Debi Kovach (Jerry) and Teri Rainey; her grandson Troy Herbst (James); and her baby Wonder. She is also survived by several step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Chapel (6525 S State Rte 78, Glouster, OH 45732). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
