He is survived by: his wife Linda Rae Border Barrett of Jacksonville; his son Jay Barrett (Tia) of Glouster; his grandsons, Noah Barrett of Athens, Tyler Barrett (Sheri) of Glouster and Joel Barrett (Krystal) of Glouster; his great grandchildren, Gus, Alayna, Trace, Krew, Ellanor, Rosaleigh and Teagan; and his sister Carol Starling (Richard) of Amesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and friends.
