It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Smith of Jacobsburg, Ohio, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent Joyce Smith (Johnson); and his grandparents, Herb and Betty Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Kathie Smith; his children, Danielle Milbert (Smith), MaKenna Berka and Aaron Smith; his granddaughter Linkyn Elaine; his sisters, Kandi Anderson and Gwendalyn Smith; and his pets, Putzy, Tilly and Winnie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
