She is survived by: her husband Mark Disantis Sr.; her children, Edward Cole, Dale Cole (Amy), Ray Cole (Cheryl) and Dennis Disantis; her grandchildren, Chad Cole, Jennifer Cole (Clarence Carpenter), Terry Cole (Stacey), Jaime Cole, Michael Cole (Amanda), Derek Cole (Megan Baker), Amber Dillon (Dustin), Noah Kritz, Mark Disantis III and Delicia; and her great grandchildren, Wesley, Joby Cole, Addison, Mason Carpenter, Logan, Caleb, Conner, Carter, Colton, Hunter, Brycen, Jace, Kamdyn and Bodie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
