He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Stewart Fallis; his sons, Jay Fallis (Lovenia) of Spring Valley and Jeremy Lorenzo (Heather) of Sidney, Ohio; and his siblings, Rick Fallis (Charlene) of Dallas, Tim Fallis (Donna) of Wilmington, Ohio and Donna Fallis of Xenia, Ohio. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
