He is survived by: his children, Bruce Hargrave of Jamestown, Brenda Day of Jamestown and Benita Langley of Florida; and his grandchildren, Keri Coy, Kyle Hargrave, Kole Hargrave, Kate Bowers (Brian), Brent Day (Codie), Brad Day (Karyn) and Brooke Sandlin (Jeff). He is also survived by several great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
