She is survived by: her mother Joyce; her boyfriend Mike Heinz of Jamestown; her sons, Justin Klontz (Carrie) of Wilmington, OH and Billy Klontz (Katie) of Jamestown, OH; her grandchildren, Alayna, Jaxon, Mason and Nellie Klontz; her sisters, Christina Greene and Diane Hook (Jeff); her nieces and nephews, Arielle Greene, Lynzee Hook and Lashawn Greene; and her uncle Jim Truesdale. She is also survived by many cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
