He is survived by: his wife Kathy Shoults (Jordan); his child Bo Shoults (Shana Pickoff); his grandchildren, Sabin and Gage of Dayton; his child Nikki Shoults Bauman (Jim); his grandchildren, Cameryn and Lilly of New York; and his son Matt Shoults (Molly) of Dayton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
