He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Ditton (Schardt); his children, Becca Wirth (Grant) of Jamestown and Jonathan Ditton (Angie) of Delhi Township; his grandchildren, Logan William, Zak Wayne Wirth, Bryson David, Dillon Ryan, Carter Jonathan and Knisley Marie Ditton; and his friend Doug Hickey (April).

The family asks that memorial contributions be directed to the Animal Rescue of the donor's choice, or the First Lutheran Church of Xenia.
