She was predeceased by : her parents, William Earl and Lillian Ruth Hurt (Payne); her husband John Robert Milligan; her brother William Eugene Hurt; and her granddaughter Leah Britt.
She is survived by : her close friend Rodney "Eric" Smith of Hillsboro; her children, Skott Milligan (Jean Ann) of Jamestown, Lori Tomlin of Lakeland, Paul Smith of Point Harbor, Rodney Smith, Jr. of Johnson City and Jason Smith of Sabina; her siblings, Carolyn Ruth Troutwine (Ronnie) of Greeneville, Ohio and Terry Glenn "Butch" Hurt (Eunice) of Bradford, Ohio; her sister-in-law Deloris Hurt of Foley, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jennifer Taylor (Tom), Kasey Britt-Bocanegra (Jose), Melleni Stevens (Shawn), Logan Milligan, Anna Rice (Chase), Errin Tomlin, Blair Smith, Dane Schuppan, Rodney Smith Jr., Austin Barnett, Keirstein Smith, Makayla Smith, Branson Smith (Gracie), Jared Smith and Jocee Smith; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Taylor, Emma Taylor, Liam Bocanegra, Aiden Stevens, Karleigh, Nakoda, Preslynn, Ali, Elizabeth, Willow, Lilly and Aurora. She is also survived by many friends, and church friends.
