He is survived by: his wife Cassandra; his children, Peyton Applegate-Mullikin and Scarlett Lynn Mullikin; his mother Yvette Mullikin (Brown); his sister Amber Trotter (Chase); his sibling's children, Jax and Evie Trotter; his grandparents, Scherry Brown and George; his aunt Tiffany Sonneman (Chris); and his uncle Todd Brown.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jasper Kitchen Bar (1100 Knoll Haven Rd, Xenia, OH 45385).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the following charities which were important to Justin: St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Dayton Children's Hospital, 1 Childrens Plaza, Dayton, OH 45404.
