Klontz (Dolores) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Penny Perry (Phillip) of Jamestown, Kenneth Klontz of Jamestown and Dennis Klontz (Belinda Perkins); her great grandchildren, Erica of South Charleston, Alec, Logan LeMaster, Bridgett, Bradley Perry, Mackenzee Klontz and Kaylee Klontz; her great great grandchildren, Gaige Allen and Blake Colquhoun of Xenia; her sister Shirley Baerg of Ft. Worth, Texas; and her friends, Suzanne Beard of Jamestown and Faye Overly of Columbus.
