He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Gerald Wise and Ruth Forta Wise; his wife Barbara West Wise; his children, Rececca Forysthe (Joe) and Steven Wise; his stepchildren, Missy Frost (Rob) and Scott Overturf of Jamestown; his siblings, Pat Sexton and Charlie Wise (Mary) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Libby, Kalei Forysthe, Sabrina Overturf, Tye Frost, Hannah, Lacy Hayslip and Julia Abbott; and his great grandchild Carter Abbott.
