He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Williams and Patsy L. Williams (Waltz). He is survived by: his wife Sondra Jean Williams (Leaming); his daughter Nicole "Nicki" J. Williams (Paul M. Ciaravolo) of St Louis Missouri; his brother Steve Williams (Donna) of Dayton; and his pet Roxie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
