He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen J. Fields and Lois Fields; his son Warren Fields, Jr.; and his sister Wanda Knauff. He is survived by: his wife Judy Loraine Fields (King); his children, Jay Fields of Jamestown and Linda Fields of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Jacob Allen, Jesse Allen and Kyle Allen; his great grandchild Gauge Allen; and his brother Neil Fields.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Powers-Kell Funeral Home (12 N Limestone St, Jamestown, OH 45335). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
