He was predeceased by: his mother Renee Mihely (Walker); his grandparents, Rose, Stanley Mihely and Donald Walker; his aunt Vicki Burns (Pat); and his uncle Richard Myers.
He is survived by: his father Steven Mihely; his siblings, Danielle Nosse (Benjamin) and Aaron Mihely (Brittany); his aunts, Pam Howell (Rich) and Cindy Kemmer; his grandmother Teresa Walker; his nieces, Cora, Melonie and Jillian; his pets, Odie and Nala; Pam.
Because of Adam's love for animals, the family asks that memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Ashtabula County Animal Protective League.
