With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Mae Shear of Jefferson, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2025 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Mae Shear to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Orville and Charlotte Jones (Sampson); her parents, Ray Jones and Angie Jones (Kerger); and her husband Philip T. Shear.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Shear (David McDonald) of Cornwall, NY and Thomas Shear of Jefferson Ohio; her granddaughter Clair McDonald-Shear of Stony Point, NY; and her foster daughter Robin Mutter Williams of Ashtabula.
