It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Williams of Jefferson, Ohio, born in Beaver, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Bishop and Lucy Bishop (Fox); her husband Floyd S. Williams; and her siblings, Stanley Bishop, Merwin Bishop, Richard Bishop and Charlene Morrison (Bishop).
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin C. Williams (Peggy) and Tracy K. Williams (Heather); her grandchildren, Michael S. Williams (Cheri), Kyle M. Williams (Nicole), Wayne Cooper (Toni), Josh Williams (Rose) and Amanda Robson (David); and her brother Frank Bishop. She is also survived by Eight great-grandchildren.
Donations in Charlotte's memory may be made to Reserve Care, Shriners Hospital for children, St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, or to a Charity of one's choice.
