He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Mosser and Elsie A. Mosser (Houghton); and his brother Leonard Salrin. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Tammy Peck (Bryan Cruz) and Harold "Chief" Mosser; his granddaughter Harleigh Peck (Aaron Painter); his great grandchild Barrett Painter; his sister Rose Stemler (Bob); and his sister-in-law Neva Salrin.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fleming-Billman Funeral Home (49 W Jefferson St, Jefferson, OH 44047). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM. A burial was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 12:20 PM at the Dorset Cemetery (3413 Marrian Rd, Dorset, OH 44032).
Memorial contributions may be made in Ray's name to Feed the Vets or Reserve Care Hospice.
