He is survived by: his wife Kathy Radcliff of Jefferson; his children, Kenneth Radcliff Jr. of Tioga and Katrina Harmon (John); his grandsons, John Harmon III (Morgan) and Terrance Harmon (Adriana); his great grandchildren, Ayden Harmon, John Harmon IV, Lillian Harmon, Ella Harmon, Terrance Harmon Jr. and Hunter Harmon; his siblings, Bill Radcliff, Robert Radcliff, Dan Radcliff and Charlene Bennett; and his cousins, Jim Wise, John Radcliff and David Radcliff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
