He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Rafter and Caroline Rafter (Dupal); and his sister Patricia Pegoraro. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Rafter; and his sisters, Caroline Redenshek and Joan Hamilton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
