He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Noffsinger and Elma Noffsinger (Franzen). He is survived by: his wife Gaye Lee Noffsinger (McLear); his brother Don Noffsinger (Carol); his children, Alex Noffsinger (Carolynne) of Maineville and Natalie Cantrell (Noffsinger) of Lebanon, Ohio; his grandchildren, Braxton, Maria, Olivia, Kayla, Jordyn, Mackenzie, Jacob, Jeremy, Korey and Kennedy; and his great grandchild Juniper. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
