We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2021, at the age of 74, Peggy Otto of Jefferson, Ohio, born in Huntington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Chapman and Marilyn Smart; her grandparents, Bart and Olive Smart; her husband Howard E. Otto Jr.; her son Howard "Tracy" Otto III; and her granddaughter Nikki Otto.

She is survived by : her sons, Larry Otto (Michelle), Denny Otto (Joanie) and Bobby Otto (Amber); her grandchildren, Christopher Otto, Brandon Otto, Stephanie Reed (Darayl), Chelsie Otto, Dylan Otto and Onna Otto; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Marissa, Madison and Mason Reed; and her siblings, Linda Carnall-Marks (Mike), Paul Adams (Rhonda) and Larry Boyer.

Memorial Contributions in Peggy's name can be made to Feed Our Vets or the Animal Protective League.

“DEAR LARRY, MICHELLE, Larry , Bobby and families, It is with much sadness for you and those who loved Peggy dearly , that we say goodbye to her time on earth with us. Selfishly I prayed she could stay, but since she could not, I rejoice for her soul that is now with the Lord she loved and served , .It is still hard to believe she is gone , but the promise that we will one day be united AGAIN IS COMFORTING.
