He is survived by: his wife Vickie Johnson (Wilkes); his children, Cory Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Jacob Johnson (Morgan Brown), Robbie Gates, Tina Knapp and Michelle Rapose; and his sister Lisa Johnson (Ed Bryski). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
