He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Andrascik and Mary Andrascik (Hathazy); his former wife Nadene; his wife Beatrice; and his siblings, Irene and David.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Spencer (Mark), Janet Sparker (Steven) and Mary Beth Brown (Paul); his grandchildren, Erin, Gregory, Michael, Patrick and Katy; his sister Audrey Robbins; and his partner's sons, Kevin and Todd Graf (Loretta). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
