It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tamara Barnard (Jefferson, Ohio), born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her close friend Robert Barnard; her children, Rhonda Martin (Donald), David Barnard, Shawn Barnard, Jason Barnard and Jeffery Barnard; her grandchildren, Brittany Frailly (Zachary), Kyle Martin, Tanner Barnard, Ayden Barnard, Allison Dick-Kelsey, Austin Barnard (Kristina) and Morgan Barnard; her great grandchildren, Cameron Frailly, Jenson Barnard, Olivia Barnard, Kyrie Lenix, Addilyn Marshall and Blakely Fisher; and her sister Sandra Dillon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
