She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Smart and Anna Smart (Glispie); her former life partner Jackie Lee Milligan; her children, Donna Marcum, Pamela Tolle and Leroy Conkel Jr.; her grandson Patrick; and her great grandchildren, Daniel and Mya.
She is survived by : her husband Leroy Conkel Sr.; and her children, Wilma Meinert (Max), Jackie Morgan (Charlie), Mark Milligan and Jeffrey Conkel (Cheryl). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
