He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandi Bush; his children, Dr. Jackie Robinson (Shawn), Dr. James Clawson and Jomi Goodbar (Shaun); his grandchildren, Colby and Corrine Goodbar; his brother Joe Clawson (Cathy); his sisters-in-law, Susan Neuhart of Lexington, KY and Sharon Eberle; his parents, Joe Clawson and Mary Knasel Clawson; his sister Connie; and his in-laws, Charles and Mary Bush. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Highlights include visiting Scotland for his son Jimmy l s postgraduate graduation, accepting an invitation from daughter Jackie to help build a Habitat for Humanity home in Argentina, and seeing daughter Jomi when her overseas studies took her to Ireland They attended weddings of their AFS exchange students in Italy (Matt) and Panama (Geny), but Covid canceled wedding travel to Hungary (Robbie).
