He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayward Swiger and Daisy Swiger (Heflen); his former wife Joyce Swiger; his wife Martha Swiger; and his nephew Pat Murphy.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Deb Stacco; his children, Robert Swiger (Vicki), James Swiger (Michelle), Jason Swiger (Holly), Deborah Swiger (Marvin), Michelle Perman (Jim) and Heather Harris (Josh); and his grandchildren, Bruce Viers, Matthew, Cole, Hunter, Ethan, Emily Swiger, Ashley Thomas, Elizabeth, Adryanna Swiger, Sierra Sprang, Tricia, Britany, Louie IV Lambert, Austyn and Haley Perman. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
