He is survived by: his wife Kathi Armstrong; his children, Angela Jo Conner (Cory) of Mifflin, OH and Corissa Nichole Frank of Mansfield, OH; and his siblings, Carol Gaines of Shreve, Susan Goard of Columbus, OH, Sharon Crider (Will) of Hayesville, OH, Ronald Armstrong (Marlene) of Hayesville, OH and Patricia Bailey of Mansfield, OH.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
