We bid farewell to Phyllis Arlene Wise of Jeromesville, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 5, 2025 at the age of 93. Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Winbigler and Clara Weimer Winbigler; her husband Kenneth Wise; her son Kevin Wise; and her brother Donald Winbigler.
She is survived by: her daughter LuAnn Graser (Rod) of Wooster; her grandchildren, Kyla Wise (Troy Miller), Kyle Graser and Stephen Reynolds; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson Reynolds, Henry Reynolds and Fynn Graser. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
