He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephens and Rachel Otter Stephens; and his son Jordan Stephens. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Stephens (Chelsea) of Jeromesville and Matthew Stephens (Tina) of Jeromesville; his grandchildren, Haleigh, Carsten and Trip Stephens; and his siblings, Mark Stephens (Deb) of Jeromesville, Chip Stephens of Illinois and Cindy Gardner (Steve) of Ashland.
