She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Hartman and Carrie Hartman (Bally); her husband Raymond Fulk; her sisters, Fern Boyer (Chester), Lavonne Gault (Earl) and Gladys Hartman; and her grandchildren, Abigail Acker and Rhett Clifford Acker.
She is survived by: her former husband Elmer L. Clifford; her daughters, Deborah Acker (Max) and Cynthia Zimmerly; her sister Mildred Justice (Kenneth) of Hilliard; her grandchildren, Ara Tabor (Jeremy) and Julia Glass (Brandon); her stepchildren, Debra Teaters, Steven Fulk, Randall Fulk and Diana Sipes; and her son-in-law Howard Zimmerly. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given in her memory to Samaritan's Purse.
