He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Smith and Marie Smith (Loop). He is survived by: his wife LeeAnn Snyder; his children, Jamie Smith of Bowling Green and Jake Smith of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Oaklyn and Ashton; his sister Barbara Lloyd; and his mother-in-law Gloria Snyder.
