He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stubbins and Lavina Stubbins (Tennar); and his sister Bonnie Louise Stubbins. He is survived by: his wife Sue "Elaine" Swope; his children, Scott Stubbins, Tamara Stubbins of Bowling Green and Robyn Lamkin (Tim) of Richwood; and his sister Rita Ziegler (Dallas) of North Baltimore. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith-Crates Funeral Home (515 N Main St, North Baltimore, OH 45872). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
