He is survived by: his children, John Phillip of Jewett, James Lee of Jewett, Jamie, Sara, Jacob, Jeffrey Thomas (Donna) of Jewett, Emily, Tommy, Seth and Jolene Delora of Cadiz; and his grandchildren, Jesse, Casey, Callie and Russell.
