He is survived by: his wife Caroline Dianna Jenkins (Higgs); his sons, David Lee Higgs (Karey) of Norton, OH and Michael James Jenkins (Ryleigh) of Dover, OH; and his siblings, Anna Marie Dalton of Jennette, PA and Kenneth Brian Jenkins of Florida.
