He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Mary Valentine Smith; and his brother Harold James Smith. He is survived by: his wife Cindy L Clark; his daughter Tiffany Smith of Jewett; his sister Kathy Raynes (Lloyd) of Lexington, SC; and his nieces, Jennifer James and Robin Letts.
